• The MU 6040C/D is a fully digital DSPmicroprocessor based microphone unitdesigned for use together with custommade front plates and external microphone and loudspeaker
• The MU 6040 is designed for installation inside the conference furniture,below tables or inside floor boxes.
• The MU 6040 is automatically recognised and receives a unique address inthe system. The MU 6040 is deliveredin a shielded metal mounting box.
• The MU 6040 is connected to theunique DIS digital communication bus- the DCS-LAN as any other DCS6000 unit.

The MU 6040 features:

• Two versions – a delegate(MU 6040D) and a chairman (MU6040C) version
• Connection for DIS high qualityelectret condenser microphonessemi gooseneck type DIS GM 44xxor hand held type HM 4042/4047.All with lamp indication
• Connection for DIS loudspeaker.Signal mutes when the microphoneis activated
• Digital audio and control transmission on STP/FTP Cat 5 cable usingDIS proprietary protocol givesunique performance and high reliability
• Connection for front plates with operating buttons, LED indicators, loudspeaker and microphone.
• Multiple Operating modes determined by the DCS 6000 set-up.
